POLE FLOW COURSE: BEGINNERS, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCES

Pole Flow is a dance class that focuses on the beautiful and intricate dance style around the pole and on the floor. You’ll focus on making making your movements fluid and becoming expressive with your body. The class is a wonderful cardio workout but also a great way to finesse your dance style without having to learn crazy pole tricks.

Beginners Pole flow is suitable for all levels. You’ll learn a full song choreography over 8 weeks, and all moves will be explained and broken down so you have time to absorb, imitate how your teacher moves and make it your own.

Intermediate Pole Flow will incorporate some trickier floor moves such as head stands, as well as forward and backward rolls.

Advanced Pole Flow will have you hand standing (against a pole, don’t panic!), kipping, forearm balancing and maybe even dropping a cheeky split here and there!

FLEXIBILITY COURSES

Our targeted strengthening and lengthening stretching courses have been designed to break the body down into sections to work on each part to gain your fullest range of motion. Each course is 8 weeks and will progressively build on sets of exercises and stretches developed to specifically work on problem areas to see results. In all our courses, you’ll learn to work more efficiently so that you can get the most out of your time spent stretching!

BACKS, SHOULDERS & HIPS

Are you struggling with your back bend? You might be surprised to learn that it is probably more than just your lower back that is holding you… well, back! One of the most common misconceptions about back flexibility is that it all comes from the back. In this course we engage all the areas needed to train for a safe and strong back bend. While the focus is on “back bends” your whole body will be working hard!

This course is ideal for all levels, from beginners to advanced level of splitters, as you’ll be working on strength and length for the ultimate balance of control and bendiness.
