PRACTICE TIME

Malcolm Gladwell wrote “ten thousand hours is the magic number of greatness.” His theory is simple: to be considered elite and truly experienced within a craft, you must practice it for ten thousand hours.

Practice time is time set aside in the studio for you to instil a lasting practice regime that is vital for building your strength, familiarity and confidence in your pole dancing.

 

AFTER HOURS ACCESS

Ever wish you could just pop into the studio for an early morning session? Or a late night jam? Or a mid morning pick-me-up? Great news, now you can!

You have the freedom to access the studio after hours when you become a member of the After Hours Club. Just like a 24-hour gym, the studio is set up for you to be able to access your poles outside of regular opening hours to beat the rush and make your pole practice work around your schedule.

POLE DANCE CLASSES

We have pole courses to suit every level of pole dancer from complete novice to elite level. Our classes run for 8 weeks, teaching new moves and combinations each week. You will also learn a full song choreography incorporating all the beautiful moves you have learnt throughout the course.

Each level is tailored to run consecutively so if you are unsure what level you can contact us for a skill review to find out what classes you are able to attend Polaris Studios.

 

PRIVATE COACHING

If you’re looking to push yourself or need some personalised help with a nemesis move, some 1-on-1 training might be exactly what you need.

Our skilled and supportive teachers are all available to coach you in any area you need help, from choreography to flexibility, to nailing a superman.

FLEXIBILITY CLASSES

We have various different flexibility courses that are designed to make stretching fun and accessible. Our classes run for 8 weeks and are specifically designed to increase your active range of motion, improve your passive flexibility and maintain your current level of flexibility. The perfect compliment to your regular pole training to make you strong AND bendy.

We run targeted active flexibility courses, as well as recovery stretching and rolling classes to help you get the best out of your body.

 

STUDIO HIRE

Need the whole place to yourself? We hear you! Nothing beats training like a queen in a studio of your own.

All our studios are available for private hire, which is perfect if you want some focus time to train for a competition, have a private pole party coming up, need some space for a photo shoot or if you just want some space to dance by yourself!
